JOB SUMMARY

 

The primary function of the position is responsibility for the daily function of accounts.  The CSR is expected to have excellent communication skills, provide accurate feedback to both internal and external customers, and is expected to manage assigned accounts while making sure every call that comes in receives a Superior Customer Experience.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

 

 

  • Data Entry
  • Handle incoming calls from customers in a timely,professional courteous manner.
  • Schedule pick-up for customers.
  • Perform quotes on shipments.
  • Understand and report metrics for assigned accounts.
  • Willingness to build partner relationships with agents, vendors, and clients.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to resolve problems quickly.
  • Effectively interact with different departments within the organization.
  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by management.
  • Logistics or Transportation industry experience, A PLUS, BUT NOT A MUST.
  • Global Routing experience, A PLUS, BUT NOT A MUST.

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

 

 

 

BEHAVIORS/SKILLS

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in Customer Service.
  • Intermediate EXCEL SKILLS, A MUST.

 

 

 

 

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Possess a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
