Kenneth C. Beam
President & CEO
Ken Beam is President, CEO and founder of Pegasus Logistics Group, created in 1994 to transform the way value is delivered in the transportation industry. He has garnered numerous industry awards, such as Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the American Society of Transportation & Logistics Partnership Award. Pegasus also has secured rankings with Best Places to Work in the Dallas area. Ken has served in numerous roles, including Chairman of the Board, for local chapters of Young Presidents’ Organization and World Presidents’ Organization, global networks that promote leadership through education and idea exchange.
Ken lives in the Dallas area with his wife Darla and their children. He enjoys golf, mountain biking and contributing to various charitable endeavors in the area.
David Croxville
Chief Finance Officer
Chief Operations Officer
David Croxville is Chief Financial Officer of Pegasus Logistics Group (PLG) and interim Chief Operations Officer. He joined PLG in 2011 and has oversight of the Finance, HR and Delivery organizations.
Prior to PLG, David was vice president and chief financial officer at EDS, the global IT services company acquired by HP in 2008. He was responsible for the Americas, which consisted of the United States, Canada, General Motors, ExcellerateHRO and Latin America, as well as EDS' U.S. Government and Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) business. He also served as vice president of finance and CFO for Global Sales & Client Solutions. Previously, he was the director for Operational Risk and Global Costing and a member of the EDS Finance Committee, responsible for all financial new business support and risk analysis globally.
In David’s over 20-year history with EDS, he also held the role of managing director of Planning and Financial Analysis, where he was responsible for overseeing all corporate activities related to financial planning, business analysis and financial reporting. He served as managing director of Corporate New Business Analysis, with responsibility for U.S. financial new business support and Finance Committee operations.
He began his EDS career in 1988 as part of the company's Accounting and Financial Development program. During his career with EDS, David served as Controller to various internal industry organizations in addition to being the financial lead for the $6 billion MCI outsourcing contract awarded in October 1999.
David joined EDS following six years in the United States Marine Corps. He is a graduate of National University and holds an M.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University. He resides in Prosper, Texas, with his wife, Maggy, and their three sons.
Christopher L.Thomas
Chief Sales Officer
Chris Thomas serves as Chief Sales Officer for Pegasus Logistics Group (PLG). In this role, he is responsible for directing sales professionals who promote best-in-class, end-to-end transportation and logisitic solutions. Together with his team, he develops and drives go-to-market strategies that enable us to customize a solution to fit our customers’ needs.
Prior to PLG, Chris joined Dell in December 2009 as Vice President of Strategic Sales before going on to become the Chief Sales Officer for Dell Services. He and his team collaborated across Dell to create industrialized capacity and capability to win large and/or complex services deals.
He came to Dell from EDS, where he was vice president of Global Sales Support for EDS, leading a global sales support engine that provided a single point of contact for end-to-end bid management. Prior to that, he was vice president for the Global Strategic Sales Centre, and he also served at EDS in roles in Corporate Finance and global Solutions Consulting.
Chris completed the London Business School’s Executive Management Program from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA in Professional Accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. He is also a CPA.
Kevin A. Pollari
Chief Information Officer
Kevin A. Pollari joined Pegasus in late 2011 as Chief Information Officer after retiring as a senior executive with Accenture after 25 years.
Kevin joined Accenture in 1986 with prior engineering experience at Texas Instruments and General Motors and was promoted to partner in 1999. During his tenure, he supported clients in all industries, leading delivery of complex large-scale programs with a focus on turn-around efforts. He led Accenture’s industrialized architecture program developing software, methods and tools for Java, Microsoft and SAP, supported by a collaboration Wiki platform. He also served as Global Relationship and/or Practice Lead for Oracle Technology and previously BEA Software and Sun Microsystems.
Kevin was certified at Accenture’s highest level of quality review advisor with their inaugural group. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University where he was Magna Cum Laude. He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Janet.
